ABOUT

I’m Shaphan Jezreel Louie, a student of law and Christian thought, trying to live faithfully in a world that often confuses freedom with detachment from truth. My convictions are shaped by Scripture, reason, and a deep concern for justice that is not divorced from mercy.

Politically, I hold to a conservative outlook, supporting strong institutions, limited but accountable government, and policies rooted in responsibility and moral order. I value national sovereignty, secure borders, and freedom of conscience, while rejecting political tribalism and blind allegiance to power. I believe India needs a strong, constitutionally grounded government that protects civil liberties, ensures law and order, and does not descend into either cultural authoritarianism or economic collectivism.

Socially, I hold to a conservative Christian worldview. I affirm the created reality of male and female, and while I respect the dignity of every person, I do not affirm LGBTQ ideologies or gender self-identification. Biologically and neurologically, human sex is a binary rooted in chromosomes and reproductive design, not subjective identity. I believe in the equal value of men and women, alongside distinct callings, which is why I hold that the pastoral office in the church is reserved for qualified men. This is not about exclusion but about fidelity to Scripture’s pattern. I believe that the biblical design of spiritual leadership is not a matter of capability but of calling and order.

On feminism, I support the dignity and advancement of women so long as it does not erase the beauty of gender distinction or undermine the structures of family and church grounded in Scripture. In a culture of extremes, I seek balance where truth and grace coexist.

Regarding abortion, I am pro-life, not because it is politically convenient, but because I believe every human life, including the unborn, carries intrinsic worth. At the same time, I believe pro-life conviction must include real support for women, children, and adoption reform. I want to see a world where choosing life is not a burden but a supported path. Compassion and clarity should never be separated in conversations about life

Economically, I believe in the free market, guided by the Protestant ethic of work, stewardship, and generosity. I support entrepreneurial freedom, private ownership, and social responsibility. I avoid both exploitative capitalism and overreaching state control, believing that human beings flourish when they are free to create and are called to give.

These positions do not emerge from a desire to win arguments but from a desire to walk in truth with integrity. I hope to speak clearly without arrogance, hold convictions without hostility, and live publicly without compromising privately.
